Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Receptionist to join our team. This dual-function role requires a candidate who can balance professional front-desk interaction with high-volume document control. You will be responsible for ensuring that all records are digitized, filed, and tracked with 100% accuracy while serving as the first point of contact for our visitors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, scan, and store digital documents in the company database.
  • Maintain and regularly update the physical filing system to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Control and track the flow of documents within the department to prevent loss or errors.
  • Review all incoming records for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in files and resolve documentation issues promptly.
  • Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive records.
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming telephone calls with a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Support the Human Resources and administrative teams with general office tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in data entry and professional document control processes.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office environment.
