Cinema City is launching a brand-new luxury cinema concept in Abu Dhabi, redefining the intersection of high-end hospitality and entertainment. Our Management team is currently building a world-class service group to lead this exciting opening.

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile launch in the UAE capital. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about service excellence, quality presentation, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Open Positions Available:

• 1 × Store Keeper (F&B background & UAE experience required)
• 1 × CDP (Chef de Partie) (Reputable kitchen experience required)
• 1 × Hostess (Luxury Hotel or upscale dining experience preferred)
• 1 × Waiters / Waitresses (Fine-dining or luxury hotel background)
• 1 × Cinema Crew (Customer service experience required)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-end guest service aligned with luxury entertainment standards.
• Maintain meticulous standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational discipline.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless and premium guest journey.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with a professional, solution-oriented attitude.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and Human Resources guidelines of the organization.
• Support the successful launch phase through active participation in training and site preparation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Relevant professional experience in the specific role you are applying for.
• Prior background in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or upscale F&B environments.
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
• Store Keeper: Must have specific Food & Beverage operations experience in the UAE.
• Hostess: Polished and confident personality; preference for luxury sector experience.
• Cinema Crew: Must have a friendly, guest-focused approach and prior service experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced opening environment.
