Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic Project Manager for Information Security to lead and govern critical cybersecurity and compliance initiatives. This role is central to our digital transformation roadmap, ensuring all technological advancements are delivered securely and align with international risk management frameworks. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of security projects, providing high-level oversight and facilitating executive reporting within our sophisticated enterprise environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and govern information security and compliance projects from initial planning to secure delivery.
- Align all cybersecurity programs with the broader enterprise security strategy and digital transformation goals.
- Coordinate with global vendors and partners, managing RFP processes and conducting rigorous third-party security assessments.
- Track and manage critical project health indicators, including KPIs, risk registers, and compliance milestones.
- Ensure all systems and processes meet stringent internal audit and external regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate executive-level reporting on project status, security risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department for project-based staffing and specialized security training coordination.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
- UAE Nationals: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Project Management.
- Expatriates: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT/Project Management with a focus on security or compliance.
- Proven track record in vendor management, security program delivery, and enterprise risk tracking.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are preferred.
- Additional certifications in security governance (e.g., CISM, CISA, or CISSP) are considered a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder digital projects.
- Exceptional analytical skills for identifying and mitigating security-related project risks.
