Job Description:
Sdeira Group is currently expanding its team and inviting skilled professionals to apply for two critical roles. Whether you specialize in delivering exceptional user support or transforming complex data into strategic insights, we offer a platform for you to excel. These positions are central to our growth strategy in Abu Dhabi, requiring motivated individuals who are currently based in the UAE.

- Applicant Support Specialist
- Data Analytics Specialist
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Applicant Support: Provide high-quality support to users through multiple service channels, handling inquiries and follow-ups with professional care.
- Applicant Support: Maintain meticulous documentation of all interactions to ensure a customer-focused experience.
- Data Analytics: Analyze operational and commercial data to generate insights that support business planning and high-level strategy.
- Data Analytics: Develop and manage dashboards and performance reports for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department to streamline applicant communication processes.
- Assist senior leadership with data-backed decision-making to enhance overall organizational performance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or relevant professional Diploma/Certificate.
- Proven hands-on experience in the specific role being applied for.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is considered a strong advantage.
- Advanced technical skills relevant to the role (e.g., Data Visualization tools for Analytics or CRM for Support).
- Applicants must currently be based in the UAE.
