Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced and detail-driven Senior Accountant to oversee our core financial operations. This role is essential for ensuring that our financial records are meticulous and fully compliant with the latest UAE taxation regulations. You will take ownership of statutory reporting and VAT processes, providing the financial clarity needed to support our day-to-day business functions and long-term stability.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain highly accurate financial statements and comprehensive management reports.
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in strict accordance with UAE VAT laws and Federal Tax Authority requirements.
- Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready documentation for all financial transactions.
- Ensure all accounting practices align with current UAE regulations and internal corporate policies.
- Support ongoing financial operations, cash flow monitoring, and period-end reporting activities.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll accounting and employee-related financial provisions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience within the UAE.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and international accounting standards.
- High level of numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet strict financial deadlines.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
- Must currently be available in the UAE for immediate consideration.
- Reliable, compliance-focused, and accustomed to a professional UAE work environment.
