Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Assistant to support our human resources operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in administrative coordination and is eager to develop their career within a professional corporate setting. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day functioning of the HR department, ensuring that all employee data is meticulously maintained and that administrative processes remain smooth and compliant with company policies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, ensuring all digital and physical documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
  • Monitor and manage daily attendance logs, leave records, and related HR documentation.
  • Assist in general HR administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence and internal coordination.
  • Support effective communication between employees and management regarding routine HR matters and inquiries.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and UAE labor standards.
  • Assist the Management team with data preparation for payroll and performance review cycles.
  • Support the recruitment team with interview scheduling and candidate documentation when required.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of practical, hands-on experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Proven familiarity with handling employee files, attendance management systems, and leave tracking.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure while maintaining a proactive attitude.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to grow professionally within the HR field.
