Job Description:
We are conducting urgent hiring for a qualified and experienced Audiologist to join our Occupational Health Medical Center in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical for conducting comprehensive hearing assessments and supporting our occupational health evaluations for various industrial and corporate clients. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate diagnosis and reporting in strict alignment with UAE regulatory standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations and hearing screenings for occupational health cases.
- Conduct specialized diagnostic tests to identify and assess hearing disorders and balance issues.
- Interpret test results and provide detailed clinical reports for patients and the Management team.
- Coordinate with occupational health physicians to evaluate fitness-for-work certifications.
- Ensure all medical equipment is calibrated and maintained according to DOH standards.
- Provide patient counseling regarding hearing conservation and the use of protective devices.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department for staff medical compliance and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Audiology or a related clinical field.
- Must hold a valid DOH License as an Audiologist or have successfully passed the DOH examination.
- DHA License holders are eligible to apply, provided the license is convertible to DOH.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse patient interactions.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical environment.
- Immediate availability or the ability to join within one month is highly preferred.
