Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to spearhead our quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives. This leadership role is vital for ensuring that our clinical and operational services remain aligned with DOH Abu Dhabi and international accreditation standards. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement (CQI), managing rigorous audit schedules, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the UAE healthcare landscape.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure full organizational compliance with healthcare regulations, local policies, and accreditation standards.
- Lead and manage all DOH Abu Dhabi and Jawda inspections, audits, and official surveys.
- Oversee patient safety initiatives, including incident reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Drive continuous quality improvement programs and track clinical performance through KPIs.
- Chair and coordinate quality committees and multidisciplinary review meetings.
- Plan and deliver comprehensive quality and patient safety training sessions for all clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, reporting systems, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Management to integrate quality goals into the center’s strategic plan.
- Support the Human Resources department in maintaining staff credentialing and competency files for audit readiness.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality or Public Health is highly preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in healthcare quality management.
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of DOH Abu Dhabi regulations and Jawda requirements.
- Prior experience with JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation is a significant advantage.
- Mandatory UAE healthcare experience within hospitals, medical centers, or diagnostic clinics.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and professional communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex audits and regulatory inspections independently.
