Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced and detail-focused Quality Controller – Validations to join our Quality Control team. This specialized role is critical for the development and validation of analytical methods for our growing portfolio of products. You will be responsible for ensuring that all validation activities are conducted in accordance with international pharmacopeia and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate is a hands-on analyst with deep expertise in advanced instrumentation and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory data integrity within a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical method development (AMD) for new products and associated stability studies.
- Perform comprehensive analytical method validation using HPLC, GC, Dissolution, ICP-OES, LC-MS, UV, and IR instruments.
- Draft, review, and execute analytical method validation protocols and compile detailed validation reports.
- Conduct testing and evaluation of new raw materials and analyze trial batches for R&D purposes.
- Oversee the routine maintenance, calibration, and qualification of analytical instruments and chemist-led laboratory equipment.
- Maintain 100% compliance with ALCOA++ principles to ensure absolute data integrity within the QC lab.
- Analyze all QC samples strictly in line with approved SOPs, pharmacopeial methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Management and QC Lab Manager on laboratory throughput and compliance audits.
- Support the Human Resources department in training junior lab staff on validation protocols.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 5 years of mandatory hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control Validations.
- Expert-level proficiency in operating and troubleshooting HPLC and GC systems.
- Strong background in analytical method validation and development (AMD/AMV) within a GMP environment.
- Solid understanding of international regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, BP).
- In-depth knowledge of Data Integrity (ALCOA++) and pharmaceutical documentation practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, reporting, and technical writing skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for a full-time role in JAFZA, Dubai.
