Job Description:
We are currently expanding our team and seeking motivated, talented professionals to fill several critical positions across our hotel departments. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to our high standards of service, maintain operational efficiency, and provide exceptional experiences for our guests. Open Positions Available:
- Engineering: Chief Engineer, Kitchen Technician.
- Food & Beverage: Barista, F&B Hostess, Food Server.
- Kitchen: Commis 1 (Pastry), Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry), Kitchen Steward.
- Housekeeping: Housekeeping Attendant, Housekeeping Order Taker.
- Information Technology: IT Officer.
- Front Office: Spa Therapist.
- Sales: Sales Manager – Corporate & Groups.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service in line with Five-Star hospitality standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively within and across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide prompt assistance to guest inquiries or requests.
- Adhere strictly to hotel health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Participate in departmental training and professional development sessions.
- Report to departmental Management regarding daily operational tasks and goal attainment.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department for ongoing staff engagement and compliance training.
- Ensure all technical tasks, especially in Engineering and IT, meet safety and operational benchmarks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional certification relevant to the applied position.
- Previous experience within the hospitality or hotel management sector is highly desirable.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering guest service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by the operational needs of the hotel.
