Job Description:
We are urgently seeking UAE-experienced and DOH-licensed General Practitioners to manage our onshore and offshore site clinics around Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for medical professionals who thrive in dynamic settings and possess strong emergency room (ER) expertise. You will be responsible for providing primary and emergency medical care to site personnel, ensuring all clinical activities meet Department of Health (DOH) standards. The ideal candidate is a dedicated physician capable of working independently in remote locations while maintaining the highest level of patient care and clinical safety.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary healthcare and emergency medical interventions at onshore and offshore site clinics.
- Manage acute medical conditions and stabilize patients for transport in emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient files in compliance with DOH and Management standards.
- Oversee the inventory of medical supplies, medications, and specialized Engineering-related medical equipment.
- Implement health and safety awareness programs for site staff to prevent industrial illnesses.
- Conduct regular clinical audits to ensure the clinic remains in high-readiness for emergencies.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and medical administration teams regarding license renewals and site deployment.
- Coordinate with local hospitals and ambulance services for seamless patient referrals and evacuations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent degree recognized by the UAE.
- Must hold a valid and active DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) License as a General Practitioner.
- Proven clinical experience in the UAE, specifically within Emergency Room (ER) settings.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both onshore and offshore environments.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Flexibility to commit to a two-year full-time employment contract.
