Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Relations Officer to support our high-end showroom operations in Dubai. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, serving as the first point of contact for a discerning clientele. You will manage the critical transition between a customer’s arrival and their engagement with our sales team, ensuring a seamless and welcoming journey. Beyond guest relations, you will play a key role in lead management using advanced CRM tools and support the operational side of vehicle deliveries and stock management. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers confidently, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Guide visitors through the showroom and introduce them to Sales Consultants based on their specific needs.
- Manage and record lead entries in Salesforce, assigning them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Follow up with customers within 48 hours of their showroom visit to maintain high service standards.
- Assist the Delivery Manager with vehicle receipts and update stock records within the Oracle system.
- Maintain daily new vehicle stock ageing reports and coordinate the arrangement of display vehicles.
- Collect customer feedback daily and forward it to the Management team for review and action.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding showroom staffing schedules and internal training updates.
- Coordinate with Engineering or maintenance suppliers for showroom facility upkeep and support requests.
🔹 Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or Business is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in customer service, showroom, or hospitality environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and ERP systems (Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in stock reporting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple guest inquiries.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and email management.
