Job Description:

We are looking to recruit qualified and committed Supervisors for our Boys Section to support our growing academic programs. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of student management, ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the section run smoothly and in accordance with school policies. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, disciplined, and positive learning atmosphere, acting as a bridge between students, teachers, and parents. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a deep understanding of student psychology and the ability to manage behavioral dynamics effectively within a multicultural school environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and student movements within the Boys Section.
  • Enforce school disciplinary policies while fostering a supportive and positive learning environment.
  • Monitor student attendance and conduct, addressing any behavioral issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to implement school-wide welfare initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, acting as a first point of contact for social or behavioral concerns.
  • Liaise with teachers and parents regarding student progress and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources department for staff attendance and section-specific administrative needs.
  • Ensure all activities align with MOE and British curriculum standards and school regulations.
  • Work with the Engineering or facilities team to ensure the safety and maintenance of the Boys Section premises.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; a degree in Social Work or Psychology is highly preferred.
  • Proven prior experience working in a school environment in a supervisory or pastoral role.
  • Working knowledge of MOE and/or British curriculum standards is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young men.
  • Excellent student management and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to remain firm yet empathetic in enforcing school discipline.
  • Highly organized with strong administrative and reporting skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a significant benefit.
