Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Arabic-speaking Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing high-quality support to our diverse customer base. You will be the face of our organization, handling inquiries related to remittances, currency exchange, and digital financial services. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can navigate complex customer requirements with empathy and professionalism. We are looking for a bilingual specialist who understands the nuances of financial services and is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for every guest who interacts with our brand.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in both Arabic and English across various touchpoints.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding money transfers, exchange rates, and transaction statuses.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
- Collaborate with the Management team to report on customer feedback and service trends.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to ensure adherence to company service standards and training protocols.
- Support the IT and operations teams by reporting any technical glitches in the transaction portals.
- Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team regarding any facility issues within the branch to ensure a comfortable guest environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant professional certificate.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, ideally within an exchange house or financial institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Professional, proactive, and highly customer-focused approach.
- Basic numerical proficiency and comfort working with financial data/POS systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
