Job Description:

We are currently expanding our real estate division and inviting applications from motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Sales Consultants in Dubai. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy closing high-value deals. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and building long-term relationships with local and international investors. We are looking for results-driven, confident negotiators who can navigate the complexities of the sales cycle—from lead generation to final closure. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value leads through active prospecting and network management.
  • Consult with clients to understand their investment goals and present suitable property portfolios.
  • Conduct professional property viewings and provide expert market valuations.
  • Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Liaise with the Management team to align sales strategies with current market trends.
  • Coordinate with the IT and marketing departments to optimize property listings on major portals.
  • Stay updated on the latest RERA regulations and UAE property laws to ensure full compliance.
  • Maintain a high level of client service to generate referrals and repeat business.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in one or more: Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Hindi, or Urdu (Multilingual skills are a major advantage).
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Professional appearance and exceptional client management skills.
  • A result-driven mindset with a solid track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Immediate availability is considered a priority.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is a plus.
