Job Description:
We are issuing a major hiring alert for 30 Storekeepers to support active Civil and MEP construction projects across Dubai. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth flow of materials at project sites, acting as the primary point of control from material receipt to onsite issuance. You will be responsible for managing high-value construction assets, ensuring that Civil components and MEP systems are stored safely and systematically to support rapid construction timelines. We are looking for disciplined, detail-oriented individuals who can navigate the fast-paced demands of a construction warehouse while maintaining impeccable inventory accuracy.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming Civil and MEP materials against approved technical specifications and delivery notes.
- Ensure all materials are stored systematically according to site safety and engineering standards.
- Maintain accurate daily inventory records, stock registers, and documentation for internal audits.
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requisitions and monitor daily usage patterns.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventories, reconciling any discrepancies immediately with Management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding site labor requirements for material handling.
- Utilize Information Technology tools for digital inventory tracking and reporting.
- Maintain a high standard of warehouse housekeeping and ensure storage areas are organized and accessible at all times.
🔹 Requirements:
- Previous professional experience as a Storekeeper specifically in Civil or MEP construction projects is mandatory.
- Strong record-keeping, organizational, and inventory management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining digital stock records and generating reports.
- Indian nationality as per current client requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse site engineering teams.
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE and ready for immediate joining.
