Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team in Dubai and support our growing customer base across multiple digital platforms. This role is essential for maintaining the high standard of service our clients expect, from handling complex website sales inquiries to managing social media interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for enhancing retention rates through empathetic and efficient support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses a customer-centric mindset, and has a proven track record in the e-commerce sector. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle customer inquiries related to website sales, product details, and order tracking.
- Coordinate effectively with internal Management and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Assist customers with plan changes, subscription cancellations, and service pauses to ensure a flexible experience.
- Actively work to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates through personalized service.
- Manage and respond to social media messages across platforms like Instagram and Facebook with brand-consistent tone.
- Support basic marketing tasks and provide daily reports on customer feedback and interaction metrics.
- Collaborate with IT to report website bugs or user experience issues reported by customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in coordination with Human Resources for training and quality assurance purposes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer service role.
- Proven experience in the E-commerce or Retail sector is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Previous professional experience within the UAE is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and basic CRM software.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on high-quality customer care.
