Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our residential and commercial assets in Dubai. This role is critical for ensuring long-term asset reliability through the effective management of both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective tasks. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of technicians, ensuring that all MEP, HVAC, and Civil works are executed to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who excels at utilizing ERP systems to streamline workflows and is passionate about providing exceptional service to our residents and tenants.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and ELV systems.
- Ensure the 100% timely completion of all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive work orders.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Service Work Requests (SVRs) using advanced ERP or CMMS systems.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary technical team, strictly enforcing onsite safety standards.
- Oversee technical inventory and Management of spare parts, including raising PRs/POs and tracking usage.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, security, and external contractors to maintain premium service quality.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding technical training, performance evaluations, and site staffing.
- Utilize Information Technology tools to monitor system performance and generate digital operational reports.
- Address resident complaints professionally and ensure rapid resolution of all technical issues.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within a structured Facilities Management (FM) environment.
- Strong technical expertise in MEP systems, central cooling (HVAC), and general building services.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or CMMS software for maintenance tracking and inventory management.
- Ability to work under operational pressure and manage high volumes of service requests.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on safety and discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
