Job Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for a high-level administrative professional with a proven track record in government relations and a deep understanding of the UAE’s labor and transportation-related procedures. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of official documentation, acting as our primary representative with various government authorities. The ideal candidate is a fluent Arabic speaker who can navigate the digital portals and physical offices of UAE ministries with ease. We are looking for an individual who is not only detail-oriented but also proactive in ensuring that all permits, visas, and registrations are handled accurately and ahead of schedule.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all MOHRE-related transactions, including the processing of labor contracts, new visas, and work permit renewals.
  • Manage comprehensive Transportation Department documentation, including vehicle registration, fleet renewals, and permit tracking.
  • Liaise directly with UAE government authorities (Immigration, Municipalities, Economic Departments) to ensure timely processing of approvals.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all UAE Labor Laws and evolving governmental regulations to mitigate any operational risks.
  • Work closely with the Human Resources department to coordinate staff onboarding and legal documentation.
  • Liaise with the Management team to provide updates on new regulatory changes and fee structures.
  • Utilize Information Technology portals (e-Channel, Tas’heel, Amer) to execute digital government transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and organized record-keeping for all sensitive company and employee documents.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Fluency in both Arabic and English (Written and Verbal).
  • Proven work experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) specifically within the UAE.
  • Strong working knowledge of MOHRE procedures, labor laws, and immigration regulations.
  • Practical familiarity with Transportation Department (ITC/DOT) processes and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is essential for frequent travel to government offices.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build strong relationships with government officials.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
