Job Description:
New Age Insurance Brokers LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in managing insurance claims within the UAE market who thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard office environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of claims, acting as the vital link between our clients and insurance providers. Your objective will be to ensure that every claim is processed accurately, transparently, and as swiftly as possible. We are looking for an individual who can navigate policy nuances, coordinate with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional support to clients during their time of need, all while maintaining meticulous records of the settlement process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end insurance claims from initial notification through to final settlement in accordance with UAE regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise extensively with insurance companies, loss adjusters, surveyors, and clients to resolve claims efficiently.
- Review and analyze claim documents, technical reports, and specific policy coverage details to determine validity.
- Provide professional guidance and empathetic support to clients throughout the complex claims journey.
- Coordinate with the Management team to escalate complex cases and ensure high service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records, preparing detailed claim-related performance reports.
- Partner with the Human Resources department for technical training on new insurance products and compliance updates.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and brokerage management systems to track and update claim statuses in real-time.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience handling insurance claims within the UAE.
- Solid understanding of different insurance products (Medical, Motor, General) and the UAE legal framework for claims.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Insurance Brokerage Software.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to handle client grievances and complex technical documentation professionally.
