Job Description:
Al Ghurair Mobility is currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our automotive aftersales team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in managing the lifecycle of warranty-related processes, ensuring that every claim is documented with high accuracy and submitted within strict manufacturer timelines. You will serve as a central coordination point between the workshops, parts departments, and service teams to maintain seamless operations. We are seeking a professional who understands the importance of compliance and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of administrative integrity. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit automotive warranty claims accurately and within defined manufacturer timelines.
- Monitor warranty approval statuses and ensure proper, timely follow-up with all relevant internal and external parties.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date digital and physical records of all warranty transactions and correspondence.
- Coordinate closely with workshops, parts departments, and service teams to verify technical data for claims.
- Ensure all warranty procedures comply strictly with manufacturer guidelines and Al Ghurair internal policies.
- Liaise with the Management team to resolve complex warranty-related issues and disputes professionally.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to participate in manufacturer-led training and certification programs.
- Support the Information Technology team in maintaining and updating warranty management software and databases.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in warranty administration or automotive service operations is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume data entry while meeting strict deadlines.
- Professional communication and coordination abilities to work across various technical departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with automotive dealer management systems (DMS).
- Sound understanding of automotive components and technical terminology.
- A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
