Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and professional Luxury Property Consultant to join our elite real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals who bring confidence, refinement, and a client-first mindset to every interaction. You will be responsible for representing premium property portfolios while building long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service standards. We are seeking a polished professional who thrives in high-end environments and understands the nuances of sales within the luxury sector. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent a premium portfolio of luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, discretion, and bespoke advisory services.
  • Conduct high-end property viewings and provide detailed market analysis to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Lead sales negotiations with a focus on delivering value and closing premium transactions.
  • Liaise with the Management team to develop strategic marketing plans for exclusive listings.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to participate in professional development and RERA certification updates.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM systems to manage client lead pipelines and property data.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with Abu Dhabi’s legal and regulatory frameworks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A polished and professional approach to client relationship management.
  • Strong confidence and exceptional communication skills in English (Multilingualism is a plus).
  • Proven ability to operate within a refined, luxury-focused environment.
  • Genuine passion for the real estate market and high-end property trends.
  • Commitment to delivering premium customer experiences and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Prior experience in sales or hospitality within the luxury sector is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market and legal requirements.
