Job Description:
As part of our ongoing expansion across the UAE, Urban Line Group is strengthening its sales force and inviting skilled professionals from the construction materials industry to join our team. We are looking for driven, results-oriented candidates for three key roles: one Sales Manager and two Sales Coordinators. These positions are vital for driving business growth, managing major client accounts, and ensuring seamless operational support for our projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Whether you are leading strategic market expansion or managing technical submittals, you will be part of a team that values performance, technical accuracy, and long-term client relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
For Sales Manager:
- Lead sales initiatives related to landscape, infrastructure, and construction materials across the UAE market.
- Develop and leverage professional connections with developers, consultants, and top-tier contracting companies.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities while managing major high-value client accounts.
- Collaborate with Management to define and execute long-term market growth strategies.
For Sales Coordinators:
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and technical material submittals in compliance with project specifications.
- Manage project inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
- Liaise with the Engineering department to ensure all documentation meets technical standards.
- Coordinate with Human Resources for internal reporting and sales performance tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- For Sales Manager: Proven track record in sales for landscape or construction materials within the UAE.
- For Sales Coordinators: Hands-on experience in sales documentation and project inquiry handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of UAE building codes and construction material standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Information Technology tools for CRM and reporting.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively across Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations.
- Immediate availability to join will be given high preference.
