Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join Sky Blue Group. This critical role involves handling all government-related transactions and overseeing complex visa and documentation processes for our expanding workforce. You will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and various UAE authorities, ensuring that all legal and administrative requirements are met with total accuracy. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who possesses a deep understanding of the latest labor laws and immigration regulations. This position requires a high level of integrity, a disciplined approach to documentation, and the ability to represent Sky Blue Group with the utmost professionalism in all government departments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all public relations activities and official transactions with MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, and other government departments.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of employment visas, residence permits, and labor cards.
- Ensure all company licenses and official registrations are renewed on time to maintain full legal compliance.
- Liaise closely with the Human Resources department to coordinate staff onboarding and cancellation procedures.
- Provide expert advice to Management regarding changes in UAE labor laws and government fees.
- Utilize Information Technology portals and e-government platforms for efficient document submission and tracking.
- Handle the attestation of legal documents and certificates through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
- Maintain highly organized digital and physical archives of all sensitive corporate and employee documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory for effective communication with government officials.
- Proven hands-on experience working as a PRO strictly within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE government procedures, visa processing, and official documentation standards.
- A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred to support frequent visits to various government entities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive rapport with authority representatives.
- High level of accuracy in preparing and checking legal documents in both Arabic and English.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate shifting regulatory deadlines effectively.
