Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a female candidate who is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to build a strong foundation in administrative work. As part of our supportive team, you will handle diverse clerical tasks, manage communications, and ensure that the office runs smoothly. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize physical and digital documents while maintaining efficient filing systems.
  • Assist the Management team with scheduling meetings and coordinating office events.
  • Prepare basic reports, memos, and presentations using MS Office tools.
  • Provide general clerical support, including data entry and office supply coordination.
  • Liaise with Human Resources to support basic employee documentation and attendance tracking.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools for effective email management and internet research.
  • Ensure the reception and common office areas remain professional and organized.

  • High School Diploma or Graduate qualification (College students are welcome to apply).
