Job Description:

Gateway Computers LLC is expanding its team and is currently looking for a professional and well-organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and executive functions. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment. You will be responsible for streamlining executive workflows, managing critical correspondence, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed with high attention to detail. We are looking for a candidate who can maintain a professional demeanor while coordinating across various departments to support our company’s mission.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the executive management team.
  • Manage daily schedules, coordinate internal and external meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Draft, format, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and digital documents.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding office policies and staff documentation.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to optimize office productivity.
  • Handle multi-channel communications, including phone calls and emails, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Maintain highly organized physical and digital filing systems for sensitive corporate information.
  • Oversee office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure a smooth work environment.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Female candidates only as per the organization’s current operational requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English, with excellent verbal and written clarity.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
