Job Description:
Kaya Skin Clinic is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Dermatologist to join its professional medical team in the UAE. This high-profile role is designed for a skilled specialist who possesses deep hands-on experience in both clinical medical dermatology and advanced aesthetic procedures. You will be responsible for providing expert consultations, diagnosing complex skin conditions, and performing a wide range of aesthetic treatments including lasers, injectables, and chemical peels. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert dermatological consultations and personalized treatment plans for both medical and aesthetic concerns.
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and non-surgical skin rejuvenation.
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical skin conditions while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.
- Liaise with the Management team to ensure operational efficiency and clinical compliance at the clinic level.
- Partner with Human Resources to participate in ongoing medical training and professional development workshops.
- Coordinate with the Information Technology team to maintain accurate digital patient records and utilize diagnostic imaging tools.
- Ensure all medical practices and documentation strictly follow DHA, DOH, or MOH regulations.
- Collaborate with the Sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights for promotional campaigns and patient education.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Medicine with a specialized qualification in Dermatology.
- A valid DOH, DHA, or MOH license is mandatory to practice in the UAE.
- 3 to 5 years of proven clinical experience in both medical and aesthetic dermatology.
- Expertise in modern aesthetic procedures and specialized laser equipment.
- Strong patient-handling skills with a friendly, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-traffic clinical environment while maintaining technical precision.
- Immediate availability to join will be given preference.
