Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for our Construction, Fit-Out, and Maintenance divisions. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who possesses an intimate understanding of the Dubai local market and can actively drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying high-value leads to negotiating complex contracts and closing deals. We are looking for a proactive leader who can build long-term client relationships and represent our brand with professionalism and technical confidence in a competitive industrial environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand business opportunities across the UAE.
  • Identify and secure new commercial and residential clients within the construction and fit-out sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, consultants, and potential customers.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and close deals to consistently meet and exceed organizational targets.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
  • Liaise with the Engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and accurate project estimations.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources for team growth and performance-based incentive tracking.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities via Information Technology tools and CRM systems.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Native Arabic Speaker is mandatory for client engagement and negotiations.
  • Demonstrated sales experience within the Construction, Fit-Out, or Maintenance industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and high-level client management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate consistent new business leads.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai construction market and local regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including CRM software and MS Office.
