Job Description:
ParamInfo Dubai LLC is seeking a highly experienced Information Security Engineer to spearhead advanced cybersecurity initiatives across government and large enterprise environments. This role is exclusively open to Native Arabic speakers who possess in-depth familiarity with the UAE’s cybersecurity regulatory framework, particularly standards governed by the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC). You will be responsible for designing and maintaining enterprise-level security controls, implementing Zero Trust frameworks, and mitigating emerging threats against critical infrastructures. We are looking for a visionary technical professional who can balance technical implementation with rigorous governance and compliance requirements to ensure the resilience of national digital assets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level cybersecurity controls within high-security infrastructures.
- Support the architecture and deployment of Zero Trust security frameworks across diverse environments.
- Manage and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems.
- Strengthen IoT and core infrastructure security to mitigate complex and emerging cyber threats.
- Conduct advanced security monitoring, threat intelligence assessments, and proactive Dark Web surveillance.
- Oversee data classification processes and governance tools to ensure compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Management team to align security strategies with national regulatory requirements.
- Work with Engineering teams to integrate security-by-design principles into new infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with Human Resources to facilitate cybersecurity awareness training and secure internal personnel protocols.
🔹 Requirements:
- Native Arabic Speaker is a mandatory requirement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working on Cybersecurity projects within UAE government entities.
- Strong knowledge of DESC regulations and internationally recognized frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Technical expertise in IAM, DLP, Zero Trust architecture, and IoT security controls.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in performing complex security risk assessments.
- Ability to navigate the UAE’s specific regulatory and digital governance landscape effectively.
- Advanced communication skills in both Arabic and English for high-level technical reporting.
