Job Description:
Topnet Distribution is excited to announce multiple openings in Dubai for skilled professionals. We are seeking an Accounts cum Admin Assistant (Job Code: ACAD26) and an Operations Coordinator (Job Code: OCOD26). These roles are vital to ensuring smooth daily financial and logistics operations within our fast-paced distribution hub. Whether you are managing accounting vouchers and office administration or coordinating complex order processing and workflow execution, you will be a key contributor to our operational success. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- For Accounts Admin: Prepare daily accounting entries, maintain financial records, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the office.
- For Operations Coordinator: Manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely processing and coordination between vendors and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflow and support overall business management objectives.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital documentation, ensuring proper follow-up on tasks and client requirements.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding office attendance, staff records, and administrative compliance.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and ERP systems to manage inventory, invoicing, and logistics data.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and financial summaries for senior leadership.
- Ensure a high level of customer service when interacting with logistics partners and ICT clients.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting functions, office administration, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of ICT distribution workflows or the Industrial IoT sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting or logistics software.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
