Job Description:
We are actively seeking a motivated and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales operations in Sharjah. This role is central to ensuring seamless communication between our valued clients and the internal sales team. You will be responsible for handling the full lifecycle of sales documentation, from generating initial quotations to managing order processing and conducting diligent client follow-ups. We are looking for an energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing daily administrative operations and client inquiries.
- Prepare, process, and maintain accurate sales-related documentation, including quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of service requests.
- Monitor the order processing workflow to ensure materials are delivered on schedule and meet client specifications.
- Coordinate effectively across departments, including management and logistics, to streamline internal processes.
- Liaise with Human Resources for staff coordination and internal training on sales protocols.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM software to track leads, manage customer databases, and generate sales reports.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential new business opportunities.
🔹 Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a sales coordination or sales support role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder is preferred.
- Prior experience within the Building Materials or Engineering supply industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word, for data management.
- Familiarity with IT platforms and ERP/CRM systems used in sales environments.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners residing in the UAE will be given preference.
