Job Description:
DSC Facilities Services is urgently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. This role is the vital link between our clients and our technical service teams. You will be responsible for managing service requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism and quality. We are looking for a passionate individual who can multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and maintenance service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate effectively with internal engineering and maintenance departments to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer communications and transactions using CRM tools.
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining a strong, proactive customer-first approach at all times.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback constructively, ensuring long-term satisfaction and service improvement.
- Liaise with the management team to provide regular updates on service level performance.
- Utilize Information Technology platforms to track work orders and coordinate technician schedules.
- Work closely with Human Resources to participate in ongoing customer service and soft skills training programs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is required, preferably within the Facilities Management sector.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed while working under the pressure of high call or ticket volumes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and empathetic customer-focused mindset.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools, including MS Office and helpdesk software.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
