Job Description:

We are currently hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator / Customer Service Executive to support our logistics and pricing operations in Sharjah. This dual-function role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our building materials database and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for the accurate collection, verification, and system entry of material prices while acting as a vital communication link between our yard operations, logistics teams, and customers. We are looking for an organized professional, ideally a Tagalog speaker, who can manage high-volume data and handle customer inquiries regarding stock availability with confidence and speed.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit the yard regularly to gather and confirm up-to-date pricing information for various building materials.
  • Enter verified material prices and technical details accurately into the company database and ERP systems.
  • Maintain and update real-time records of material rates, stock levels, and pricing fluctuations for management review.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure data alignment across all departments.
  • Respond professionally to customer queries regarding product pricing, specifications, and current availability.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain proper administrative documentation as required by senior management.
  • Liaise with Human Resources regarding departmental coordination and office administration protocols.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and advanced MS Excel for efficient data entry and record-keeping.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant Certificate in any discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in data entry, logistics coordination, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Tagalog speaking is highly preferred for team coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling complex numerical data.
  • Basic knowledge of building materials or construction logistics will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced management and operational environment.
  • Immediate joiners currently residing in Sharjah or nearby areas will be given preference.
