Job Description:
A leading organization in Dubai is seeking to appoint a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a critical role responsible for shaping the company’s long-term financial vision and ensuring robust governance across all entities. The CFO will provide high-level strategic insights to the Board of Directors, overseeing all financial operations, capital structures, and investor relations. We are looking for a forward-thinking financial executive who can combine operational excellence with a sophisticated understanding of global and UAE regulatory frameworks to support our long-term objectives and drive financial efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the organization’s overall financial planning, capital allocation, and long-term corporate strategy.
- Oversee comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and the management of complex financial projections.
- Ensure effective risk management protocols and the implementation of rigorous internal control systems.
- Supervise all financial reporting in strict compliance with IFRS standards and UAE financial regulations.
- Manage investor relations and maintain transparent, high-level communication with all corporate stakeholders.
- Present detailed financial reports and strategic expansion recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Monitor cash flow, optimize capital structure, and lead strategic funding initiatives.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on executive compensation structures and departmental manpower planning.
- Leverage Information Technology and advanced Fintech solutions to drive digital transformation within the finance function.
🔹 Requirements:
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is mandatory.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards and UAE financial regulatory frameworks.
- Prior experience as a CFO or VP of Finance within a mid-sized or large-scale organization.
- Experience operating across GCC markets is highly desirable for this regional role.
- Advanced proficiency in IT systems and ERP solutions for enterprise-level financial management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and board-level presentations.
