Job Description:

NVR HR Solutions is currently looking to hire an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional who possesses a deep understanding of the UAE job market and is confident in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring a professional and seamless hiring journey. We are looking for a sourcing expert who can navigate digital platforms with precision and provide strategic management support to hiring managers. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from strategic job posting to final candidate selection.
  • Source high-potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, online job portals, and niche HR channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct behavioral interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical review.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements and organizational management goals.
  • Manage salary discussions, lead offer negotiations, and coordinate the comprehensive onboarding process.
  • Maintain meticulous recruitment records and ensure proactive communication with all candidate stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Human Resources regarding visa processing timelines and labor contract documentation.
  • Utilize Information Technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring workflow.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, specifically within the UAE.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and other digital IT recruitment platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and management of hiring compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority vacancies simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Passionate about connecting the right talent with the right corporate HR opportunities.
  • Immediate availability or a short notice period will be considered a significant advantage.
