Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse (Homecare) to join our professional healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our patient-care mission, requiring a licensed professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality medical interventions within a private home setting. As a Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring complex health conditions, administering prescribed treatments, and ensuring the holistic well-being of your patients. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized and high-quality nursing care in accordance with DOH/DHA/MOH standards and patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs, health status, and response to treatments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Administer medications, manage wound care, and provide specialized clinical support within the home environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential digital medical records for the clinical management team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals regarding care progress.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding licensing renewals and continuous medical education requirements.
- Utilize Information Technology tools for telemedicine coordination and real-time patient data reporting.
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for home-based medical procedures, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized academic institution.
- Valid DOH, DHA, or MOH License (or an active Eligibility Letter) is mandatory.
- Proven clinical experience; prior exposure to the homecare sector is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools for digital health reporting and patient management.
- Compassionate patient-care approach with a strong commitment to medical ethics.
- Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with the central clinical management.
- Immediate availability to join the Abu Dhabi team is highly preferred.
