Job Description:

Fire Wise Safety is currently expanding its operations and seeking committed professionals for two key roles in Abu Dhabi. These positions are fundamental to our consultancy workflow, requiring a detail-oriented Junior Draftsman to support our engineering layouts and a proactive Admin & Office Assistant to manage daily operations. Whether you are preparing complex fire safety drawings using AutoCAD or managing essential documentation and invoicing, your role will be critical to our service delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Junior Draftsman: Prepare and modify technical fire and life safety drawings and 3D evacuation plans accurately.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to support engineering layouts and safety project documentation.
  • Admin & Office Assistant: Handle day-to-day office coordination, including company registration procedures and documentation.
  • Manage basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, LPO processing, and payment follow-ups for management review.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding staff documentation and office administrative support.
  • Ensure clear communication with clients and vendors to support sales and service alignment.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and MS Office for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
  • Support ongoing education initiatives regarding fire safety standards and internal office protocols.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred for Draftsman) or a relevant degree for Admin roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a significant advantage for technical roles.
  • Proven administrative experience with a well-structured approach to office management.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures including invoicing and LPO processing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to support professional sales and client interactions.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred for both positions in Abu Dhabi.
  • Professional background in education or training related to fire safety consultancy is a plus.
