Job Description:
Al Habtoor Motors is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service delivery, requiring a professional who can enhance customer satisfaction and support overall journey excellence. You will be responsible for managing interactions, analyzing feedback, and preparing performance reports for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely customer support to ensure effective resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Apply deep knowledge of automotive processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive the sales of service quality improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for strategic review.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding customer service training and team performance standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant certificate in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of automotive processes is essential for this Dubai-based role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining service excellence and brand loyalty.
- Professional background in education or training related to customer relations is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is considered an added advantage.
