Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage multi-platform digital strategies for management and brand review. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, translating complex automotive concepts into engaging audience-friendly messaging. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Social Media Strategy and Bilingual Content Creation and a proactive approach to community engagement and performance optimization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to meet management and visibility targets.
  • Support digital integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in performance metrics, engagement tracking, and brand consistency.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to manage bilingual (English/Arabic) communication and foster community engagement.
  • Analyze campaign reach and optimize content delivery across multiple platforms simultaneously while ensuring timely execution.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and analytics platforms to optimize social reach and professional marketing reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications plus a relevant professional Social Media or Digital Marketing Certificate.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience specifically within the automotive, retail, or luxury sectors.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory to facilitate this professional engagement.
  • Strong background in management of multi-channel campaigns, content strategy development, and audience interaction.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding performance analytics, brand storytelling, and time management.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in building a strong digital presence.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard group in Dubai.
