Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end warehouse processes for management and efficiency review. You will be responsible for receiving, storage, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock audits. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete warehouse operations to meet management and operational performance targets.
- Support logistics integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in inventory records, shipment documentation, and dispatch logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and procurement teams to coordinate staff supervision and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and track operational performance metrics to implement continuous workflow improvements.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and inventory management systems to optimize data tracking and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration plus a relevant professional Warehouse Management or Logistics Certificate.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience specifically in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Strong background in management of picking/packing teams, forklift operations, and end-to-end dispatch processes.
- Professional background in education or training regarding inventory management systems, health & safety standards, and resource planning.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical thinking, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard retail fashion group in Dubai.
