Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper – Civil to support our large-scale construction operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle technical material inspections and track civil equipment for management and site performance review. You will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and issuing materials while maintaining precise stock records and coordinating with procurement. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction Material Knowledge and Inventory Control Protocols and a proactive approach to site demands. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials to meet management and project quality standards.
- Support logistics integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in stock levels, labeling, and store organization.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site engineering teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and material replenishment.
- Manage the issuance of tools and equipment, maintaining accurate documentation including GRNs and delivery notes.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Oracle ERP systems to conduct regular inventory audits and prepare stock reports.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant professional qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically as a storekeeper in construction or civil projects.
- Strong background in management of inventory control processes, site demands, and stock safety standards.
- Professional background in education or training regarding warehouse safety, construction material properties, and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess excellent record-keeping abilities, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard construction group in Dubai.
