Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can assist in material planning and supplier coordination for management and project performance review. You will be responsible for processing purchase orders, tracking delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate procurement records. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of materials and services to meet management and project timeline requirements.
- Support supply chain integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in purchase order processing and procurement documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site engineering teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and material delivery coordination.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and assist in basic negotiation support to optimize costs.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and procurement software to track orders and maintain updated delivery schedules.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related professional engineering field.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for this role in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong background in management of organizational tasks and basic knowledge of construction materials.
- Professional background in education with an eagerness to learn procurement processes and supplier coordination workflows.
