Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and capable Landscaping Engineer to join our leading facility management team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee day-to-day landscaping operations and maintenance activities for management and client performance review. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections, managing project timelines, and coordinating with contractors to ensure outdoor spaces meet high quality and safety standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Horticulture, Project Planning, and Facility Management and a proactive approach to improving maintenance efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise landscaping operations to meet management and client aesthetic standards.
- Support environmental integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in safety compliance, quality inspections, and site upkeep.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and external contractors to facilitate professional organizational reporting and project execution.
- Prepare detailed maintenance assessments and progress updates, monitoring project timelines and resource allocation across assigned facilities.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and reporting systems to track site conditions and implement design improvements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or Facility Management.
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience specifically in landscaping operations and facility management.
- Strong background in management of project planning, stakeholder communication, and contractor supervision.
- Professional background in education regarding landscape design, maintenance processes, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, prepare professional site reports, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven track record in technical inspections and safety compliance within the FM industry.
