Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage vendor payments and maintain precise financial records for management and audit performance review. You will be responsible for processing invoices, performing reconciliations, and ensuring timely coordination with suppliers and internal departments. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounts Payable Processes, Financial Accuracy, and Reconciliations and a proactive approach to supporting month-end closing activities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately to meet management and timely payment standards.
• Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in invoice verification, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and organized transaction records.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers for payment processing and assist in month-end financial reporting tasks.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and accounting software to maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience specifically in Accounts Payable or general accounting roles.
• Strong background in management of Microsoft Excel and modern accounting systems/ERPs.
• Professional background in education regarding financial reconciliations, F&B accounting, and internal control procedures.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess excellent organizational skills, and meet deadlines efficiently in Dubai.
• Experience within the F&B or restaurant industry is considered a significant advantage.
