Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai, reporting directly to the CFO. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records for management and group consolidation review. You will be responsible for handling intercompany transactions, preparing VAT returns, and maintaining IFRS standards across multiple entities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Intercompany Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger Management and a proactive approach to process automation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions to meet management and multi-entity reporting standards.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in intercompany reconciliations, journal entries, and trial balance generation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and external auditors to facilitate professional organizational reporting and statutory VAT compliance.
- Coordinate group-level consolidation activities and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to manage accounts payable, payroll entries, and identify process improvement opportunities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 8–10 years of professional experience specifically in accounting within multi-entity or group organizations.
- Strong background in management of consolidation processes, intercompany accounting, and IFRS standards.
- Professional background in education regarding ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess sharp analytical thinking, and meet strict financial deadlines in Dubai.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial data.
