Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and committed Nursery Teacher to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can shape early learning experiences for management and student performance review. You will be responsible for planning age-appropriate lessons, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and growth. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Early Childhood Development, Classroom Management, and Play-Based Learning and a proactive approach to collaborative teaching. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons to meet management and developmental standards.
• Support educational integrity in Dubai, creating a nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning through play and inclusive growth.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and senior leadership to facilitate professional organizational reporting and effective parent communication.
• Support the emotional, social, and educational development of children while monitoring progress and providing feedback.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and maintain accurate student developmental records.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar nursery or early years teaching role.
• CACHE Level 3 qualification (KHDA-approved qualification is highly preferred).
• Strong background in management of classroom environments, student behavior, and age-appropriate activity planning.
• Professional background in education regarding early childhood development, communication, and inclusive teaching practices.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a genuine passion for working with children, and work effectively in Dubai.
