Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our auditing firm in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily accounting operations and VAT compliance for management and external audit performance review. You will be responsible for accounts finalization, bank reconciliations, and providing essential audit support documentation. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE VAT Regulations, Financial Reporting, and Audit Readiness and a proactive approach to professional standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations to meet management and UAE regulatory standards.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, handling VAT filing and accounts finalization with 100% precision in documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal auditors to facilitate professional organizational coordination of smooth audit processes.
- Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations and prepare detailed financial statements and schedules for audit support.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced Excel functions to track financial analysis and improve reporting accuracy.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional UAE experience in an accounting or auditing firm.
- Strong background in management of UAE VAT laws, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes.
- Professional background in education regarding financial reporting standards, audit support, and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work effectively under deadlines, and immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
