Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our professional finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver fiscal precision for management and structural budget performance review. You will be responsible for managing project costing matrices, supervising expense allocations, preparing comprehensive balance sheets and profit & loss statements, and monitoring banking transactions. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Project Cost Accounting, Allocation Control, and Year-End Closing Frameworks and a proactive approach to cost optimization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive project costing models and monitor expense allocations to meet management and corporate benchmarks.
  • Support financial integrity in Dubai, preparing balance sheets, profit & loss modules, and statutory financial reports with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, internal audit staff, and field project teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of expense audits.
  • Execute banking operations, track transactional cash flows, and manage complete month-end and year-end closing schedules.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Tally software platforms to log financial operations, process data analysis, and present strategic insights for cost mitigation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com degree from an accredited academic framework is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the construction or aluminium facade industry is required.
  • Strong background in management of project costing codes, resource allocations, and transactional records.
  • Professional background in education regarding project accounting principles, financial control models, and corporate compliance standards; advanced proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, team coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, solve complex financial equations under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai manufacturing setting.
