Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Executive to join our professional outdoor operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver acquisition precision for management and conversion performance review. You will be responsible for orchestrating field-based sales activities across key locations, generating quality consumer leads, closing new customer accounts, and maintaining accurate daily field reports. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Outdoor Sales Methodologies, Cold Prospecting, and Target-Driven Client Management and a proactive approach to commercial expansion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute target-oriented outdoor and direct sales activities to meet management and commercial pipeline milestones.
  • Support business development integrity in Dubai, generating prospects and closing customer service contracts with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, internal sales processing coordinators, and field supervisors to facilitate professional organizational coordination of targets.
  • Provide comprehensive details regarding service options, handle field-level consumer queries, and secure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and mobile customer relationship management software to register newly acquired leads and log daily field tracking insights.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related sector preferred.
  • Proven professional experience in direct outdoor or field sales positions within the UAE market is required.
  • Prior professional experience in credit card sales or financial product sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in management of independent pipelines, field lead conversions, and direct customer negotiation techniques.
  • Professional background in education regarding B2C consumer psychology, direct field promotion workflows, and competitive market positioning.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, operate autonomously across designated outdoor locations, and thrive in a high-intensity, target-driven Dubai sales arena.
