Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Assistant Finance Manager to join our professional hospitality and F&B operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a financial professional who can deliver accounting precision for management and multi-unit performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily fiscal workflows, preparing detailed corporate budgets, tracking accounts payable/receivable cycles, executing monthly closing balances, and validating local tax submittals. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Hospitality Cost Accounting, UAE VAT Regulations, and Multi-Priority Cash Reconciliation and a proactive approach to corporate profitability tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance and accounting operations across hospitality and F&B business divisions to meet management and operational control milestones.
- Support balance-sheet integrity in Dubai, generating profit-and-loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and operational margin updates with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, corporate auditors, and operational unit leads to facilitate professional organizational coordination of payroll financial tracks and closing reviews.
- Supervise backend accounting personnel, oversee ledger reconciliations, and drive strategic cost-control protocols across food, beverage, and labor metrics.
- Utilize digital Information Technology systems to track asset lines, process VAT declarations, and modernize internal financial reporting frameworks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a closely related financial discipline.
- Proven professional accounting or finance management experience within the hospitality or food & beverage (F&B) industry is required.
- Strong background in management of commercial cash flows, P&L generation, and structural budget adjustments.
- Professional background in education regarding UAE VAT laws, formal corporate audit procedures, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and multitasking abilities under tight monthly closing parameters.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, provide actionable data insights to senior leadership, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai commercial hospitality environment.
